Did you ever really wonder why your resume was rejected when you posted for a job and you met all of the requirements?  Do you wonder how resumes are reviewed and prioritized for interviews? This month's topic will be the second of a 2 part Career Series.  This Professional Development Dinner Meeting will focus on "Writing a Resume that gets the attention you want!" and tips on how to avoid the most common pitfalls in the online posting process.    We will review various examples of resumes and you will leave with a best practice tip sheet on helping your resume standout.  Print and bring your resume to participate in an on-site review exercise and receive ideas and coaching on how to help you stand out from your competition.  There will be several other resume and recruitment specialists onsite to help you with your questions.  We will specifically focus on best tips for resumes for supply chain professionals, however this workshop is not just for supply chain folks - so bring a friend or family member who could use the help!  It will be great for networking and we have recruiting specialists on hand for potential opportunities as well!
